About Brian: Brian Fretwell is an in-demand Master Facilitator for some of the biggest companies in the world. His job is to help companies create the behavior change in their employees that will meet future company needs in leadership, safety, and communication. In the last ten years, he’s helped deliver programs in mining operations in the Outback of Australia, the Oil Fields of Alberta, fracking operations in West Virginia, Nuclear sites, Electric Companies, and other locations nationally and internationally. Having worked with over 25,000 people in that time, he has a unique view of what is and is not working in the constant struggle to address changing people challenges around the world.
