Goldratt Group presents the next module in a series on the Foundations of TOC (Theory of Constraints), conducted by Dr. Ajai Kapoor.

There will be 8 sessions in this series focusing on Change Management, expected to run around 1.5 hours each. We will begin Monday, February 5th at 7AM PST, until April 1st. There will be no session held on February 19 (President’s Day). 

Please register on Zoom, where you will have the option to add the series to your calendar via the confirmation email. Once you register you will have the opportunity to go back and review recordings. 

Participation is encouraged by all. 

While this builds on the first session, it is fine as a standalone module. Nonetheless, Ajai will spend some time reviewing key concepts from the first module.
