Partner Event - Principles of Lean Manufacturing - Post Falls

Wednesday, September 20, 2023 (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) (PDT)

Description

There has never been a better time to learn and apply the principles of Lean Manufacturing in your organization. With today's tight labor market and supply chain challenges, implementing Lean can elevate your business as an attractive workplace and turn it into a formidable international competitor.

Join experienced Lean practitioners Luke Fuess and Gene Hamacher for a 1/2 day overview covering the major principles of Lean Manufacturing. The main objective of Lean is to improve productivity, minimize waste (anything not of value to your customers), and create a company-wide culture of continuous improvement. Your company can grow and thrive by eliminating non-value-adding activities and concentrating on delivering value to customers.

"Lean is extremely powerful in developing a mindset of improvement and changing how we identify, tackle, and overcome challenges. These challenges quickly become our company's strengths and competitive advantages.” Idaho Lean Participant 2022
