Description

The HR Collective has become a go-to space for manufacturing leaders—whether you officially work in HR or simply manage the many people-related pieces of your business. It’s a professional network designed to foster collaboration and real-world knowledge-sharing among those navigating the challenges of today’s workforce.

From pay and retention to engagement and career development, this is where meaningful conversations happen—with peers who truly get it. You’ll connect with industry experts, share best practices, and walk away with practical tools to support your people and strengthen your organization.

Strong leadership means making decisions with a clear understanding of the numbers. In this session, Brad Berls from Eide Bailly will break down financials in a way that’s accessible and practical for both HR professionals and manufacturing leaders.

You’ll walk away with:
  • Confidence in reading and interpreting key financial statements
  • A clearer understanding of how workforce and operational decisions impact the bottom line
  • Practical tools to connect financial insights to stronger business performance

Why This Matters:
Manufacturing success depends on aligning people strategies with business goals. By strengthening your financial literacy, you’ll be better equipped to advocate for workforce initiatives, influence executive decision-making, and demonstrate the value HR and leadership bring to the organization.
