Join us as Human Resource Veteran, Michelle Burks walks you through what a value proposition is, why you need one, and how to create one for your manufacturing business. This is workshop #2 in our 'Marketing your Manufacturing Business' series. Join this workshop to identify what innovation, service, or feature you provide to make your company or product attractive to customers and potential employees alike.

Michelle Burks currently holds the role of Sr. Manager of Outsourced Labor at Micron Technology, Inc. In this role, she is leading a team that administers Micron’s global outsourced labor program. She recently spent a year with an affordable housing developer, The Pacific Companies, and a start-up Modular Manufacturing plant, Autovol. Before that she spent 25 years at Micron in various roles in HR including Director of Recruiting, HR Business Partner Manager, and Sr. Recruiter. She is currently a board member for IMA (Idaho Manufacturing Alliance) and (GOTR) Girls on the Run-Treasure Valley. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Boise State University.
