Shaping Workforce Solutions: A Session for Partners, Educators and Workforce Leaders | Nampa

We’re excited to invite partners, educators, workforce leaders, and ambassadors to an exclusive session introducing a new initiative aimed at addressing workforce challenges in Idaho’s manufacturing sector. This session is not for manufacturing employers but for those like you who play a vital role in shaping solutions and supporting workforce development efforts.
The Partner & Educator Meeting on January 30th will provide an overview of how Employer Collaboratives are designed to pinpoint workforce gaps and build actionable, collaborative solutions. Your unique expertise and contributions will help drive these efforts forward as we prepare to partner with educators, training providers, and other key stakeholders.
This session will:
  • Outline how workforce data will guide decisions and inform solutions to address critical skill gaps.
  • Showcase the types of solutions and programs educators have created to align with employer needs and industry challenges.
  • Provide an understanding of how the strategies unfold and the timing of solutions, so you know what’s coming down the pipeline.
Your insights and leadership are key to ensuring these efforts succeed in meeting the needs of both employers and the broader workforce ecosystem.
