This two-day workshop is designed to prepare your organization with the Theory of Constraints (TOC) knowledge needed to achieve operational excellence (reducing cycle time, improving on time performance,) and how to leverage these improvements to attain a decisive competitive edge. It is best suited for teams, inclusive of decision makers, in order to obtain cross functional buy in necessary to remove systemic obstacles to flow.
