Trimjoist introduced the first trimmable floor truss system to the building industry and is the only corporation with a patent on a trimmable floor joist. 

Unlike other solid I-type joists, the TrimJoist® features strut webbing. This eliminates the subcontractor’s need to cut holes. Thus, the valuable floor cavity space is available for plumbing, electrical, and duct work, making them great for use in basements. Say goodbye to drop-down ceilings! 

TrimJoist® floor truss products are used by discerning builders, contractors, and remodelers and specified by leading architects, engineers, and designers.
