Monica leads the BPM Compensation Project team, where she utilizes her experience as a business partner and HR team leader to help her clients navigate the complicated world of compensation. She has implemented compensation structures from simple to complex, assisted leaders in understanding compensation tools and mechanisms, and provided guidance on how compensation can support organizational goals.
